  This Wendy's messed my order so bad it wasn't even funny. It was a new girl, but just a bad attitude and even worse teamwork at the front registers.

  It doesn't take rocket science to figure out why McDonalds across the street usually has 4 times the traffic of Wendys. As far as I'm concerned, the quality of Wendy's food and coffee is usually superior to McDonalds. Unfortunately, Wendy's is not known for (reasonably) speedy service, and this one especially. Some employees either seem too lackadaisical, goof off too much, fraternizing with certain "customers" that just are hanging out, etc. What Wendy's NEEDS to do is send an employee to "spy" at McDonalds and observe what they do to give much more efficient service. Furthermore, I am TIRED of being short changed every time I order coffee; the cup is often only 2/3 to 3/4 full and when I do complain they only half-heartedly add a half-inch. They need to really tighten the belt several notches here!!!!
